UPDATE ON REVISED PARKING PROPOSALS FOR S6 ZONE

A public meeting will be held on Thursday 25 March 2010 at the Marchmont/St Giles Church, 1a Kilgraston Road, to discuss the revised proposals for parking problems which have affected the south part of the Grange, since the extension of the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in 2006.
There will be an exhibition from 6.30 pm followed by a public meeting starting at 7.15 pm. The plans will show the latest proposals for managing parking in your area. Officers from the Transport Section will be present and available to answer any questions.
If you wish to view the plans prior to the meeting they will be available on request at Newington Library from Monday 22 March 2010 or can be viewed online at -
The new proposals will go up on the website on Monday 22nd March 2010 (the proposals do not include the Waverley Park area where a separate consultation is taking place).
