① ‘Responding to a Planning Application’: 3-page quick guide added to website.
② Vape Shops a Trading Standards rather than Licensing or Planning matter; See website Rolling Update 29 April.
③ Fairmilehead CC has been invited by a local Community Police Officer to consider volunteer participation in an organised and official ‘Community Speedwatch’ programme in the South West locality. What conceivable appetite here? (No official approach.)
④ CPZ S8 proposals not tabled at the 12 May TRO Sub-Committee.
⑤ Living Streets: Anything relevant to report?
⑥ Basic WordPress structure in place. Content migration in its early stages. Testing thereafter. Completion expected in August. (HM)
⑦ Head Librarian permission granted to site a GPCC wall board within the main library at the ‘public desk’ area.
⑧ Community Grants Fund – Who completed the CGF Survey? How will GPCC seek / ensure involvement? Participatory Budgeting (on Visitor Levy proceeds) is intended to be embedded in CC work. How does GPCC prepare to play its part?
