Douglas Rogers of Marchmont & Sciennes Community Council continues to build his project to map a way forward to deliver Net Zero to Marchmont tenements and flats. This is a hugely ambitious endeavour; it's pathbreaking.

Douglas is working largely on his own, scoping the engineering challenges, looking at the legislative backdrop in the Scottish Parliament; beginning to lay out the sheer practicalities. Understandably, he'd really like some help here. You could swap notes from your own experience; help with some research; do some legwork.

Even if you just want to find out a little more, email him at netzeromarchmont@gmail.com. He is planning a first public meeting in the next couple of months. He really merits support. There are more questions than answers at this stage, but that's the nature of ambitious projects.
